Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Effective date: April 27, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when payments made to Meshion may or may not be refundable. It applies to subscriptions, campaign funding, service fees, and related paid platform activity.
No refunds once work has started
There are absolutely no refunds for any campaign, task, operator work, content generation, review work, approval work, setup work, support work, or other service activity once that work has started.
For the avoidance of doubt, if any paid work has begun in any form, whether by Meshion systems, administrators, human operators, contractors, reviewers, or platform workflows, the related payment is non-refundable.
Subscriptions and platform fees
Subscription fees, platform fees, setup charges, and other recurring or one-time fees are generally non-refundable unless Meshion expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period or for fees already charged.
Campaign funding
Campaign funding that has already been allocated, committed, reserved, transferred, or used in connection with active or started work is non-refundable.
Unused campaign balances may, at Meshion’s discretion and subject to platform controls, be applied or transferred within the platform where supported, but that does not create a cash refund obligation.
Exception handling
If Meshion determines that a charge was duplicated in error or processed incorrectly due to a platform billing mistake, we may review the issue and, if appropriate, issue a correction, credit, or refund.
Any exception is discretionary unless otherwise required by law and does not waive this policy for other charges or future transactions.
Charge disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers should first contact Meshion support so the issue can be reviewed. Filing a chargeback does not change this refund policy and may result in account suspension or funding restrictions while the matter is investigated.
