Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Effective date: April 27, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Meshion website, platform, dashboards, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and workspace.
When you create an account, you agree that Meshion may send essential service communications related to account activity, security, onboarding, approvals, campaigns, billing, tasks, and support. If you separately opt in, Meshion may also send product updates, newsletters, and other marketing emails, and you may unsubscribe from those marketing emails at any time.
Meshion may approve, reject, suspend, or remove accounts, operators, organizations, workspaces, offers, campaigns, or content where we determine that doing so is necessary for policy enforcement, security, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
Use of the service
You may use Meshion to manage offers, campaigns, tasks, approvals, analytics, billing, and related workflow operations supported by the platform.
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute fraudulent or deceptive content, harass others, bypass approval or payout controls, interfere with platform security, or misuse operator workflows.
User content and business materials
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, permissions, claims, and instructions contained in materials you upload or submit, including campaign briefs, offer descriptions, messaging, and links.
You grant Meshion the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, review, and use such materials solely to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the service.
Billing and payments
Paid features, funding flows, or billing arrangements may require valid payment details and may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize charges, transfers, and payment method validations required to operate your account and campaigns.
Pricing, usage, billing workflows, and funding requirements may change over time. Any specific refund rules are governed by the Meshion Refund Policy in addition to these terms.
Payouts and platform controls
Meshion may maintain global, operator-level, campaign-level, and task-level payout settings or overrides as part of the platform’s operational controls. Administrative decisions regarding account approvals, platform access, and payout configurations may be made in order to manage quality, fraud prevention, and platform economics.
Intellectual property
The Meshion service, software, branding, workflows, interface design, and related materials are owned by Meshion or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the platform or its underlying software.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Meshion may suspend or terminate access at any time where we reasonably determine that a user has breached these terms, created risk, failed required reviews, or otherwise should not continue using the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Meshion does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific business, marketing, traffic, revenue, or campaign outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
